Mentees:
- Professionals starting their career in shipping (onboard and onshore)
- Experienced professionals transitioning to shipping from other industries.
- Maritime professionals transitioning from onboard roles to office based roles and vice versa.
Mentors:
- Our Mentors come from multiple areas of maritime and have a deep understanding of our industry from both the corporate, as well as the operational perspective.
Duration
- 6 months.
